Since 2015, The Bueno Company has completed a variety of real estate investment strategies in Central Texas. We have gone full cycle (acquisition, reposition & disposition) on over 150 projects and $20M in real estate. Projects range from single family homes, urban infill, and land redevelopment to new construction, multifamily and raw land. We continue to acquire discounted and underutilized assets that provide instant value. Additional value is added through repositioning and disposed of at market value.

The Bueno Company continues pursuing partnerships with investors to purchase distressed, undervalued and underutilized real estate assets. This creates a win-win for all involved including our investors and the communities where the assets are located.

Our Team

Jonathan Bueno

Jonathan is Founder & Principal of The Bueno Company. A proud Native American and 7th generation Tejano, Jonathan was born & raised in San Antonio, TX. He began his real estate investment journey in 2015 and has since gone full cycle on 100’s of investment properties. Prior to Real Estate, Jonathan graduated from Southwest High School with top 15 graduate honors. He earned a Bachelor’s from The University Of Texas at Austin with a double major in Political Science and Sociology, making the Dean's List and the National Political Science Honor Society. He served in the Army National Guard as an Infantry Sergeant with the 1st Bn 141st Infantry Regiment, which has a proud lineage going back to the Battle of the Alamo and The Republic of Texas. During his service he deployed to Honduras. Jonathan is also owner of a Real Estate Brokerage, construction, roofing, and foundation companies.

Jonathan has been married to his wife Debbie since 2016. They reside in San Antonio, TX with 2 children. He enjoys family time, adventures in nature and is an avid BJJ practitioner & martial artist.
